Happy Hump Day, beautiful people,

In case you’ve missed it, It’s finally Fall. And I am not talking about the imposter Fall that we have been experiencing up until today, where Pumpkin Spiced Lattes were drowned in ice, it seemed appropriate to wear SS18 collections early, and your apple picking involved a floral maxi and open-toed flats (Guilty on all counts, by the way). What I am talking about here is a season that brings layers, dark colours, and the concept of comfortable chic along with it. This olive pantsuit is all of the above for me.

Stressing my obsession with classic items would be an understatement, but I do like to show my own personal style through certain risks. For example, the length of the blazer allows the professional and casual me to co-exist, as does the more fitted and cropped pant. Similarly, while the pantsuit itself adds feminine features: a flattering slim-fit silhouette, to a previously predominantly male design: a tailored professional, I prefer the mesh blouse to push that femininity to an even more sophisticated and edgy look.

With that said, suit up. The confidence is contagious.

Cheers,

A
